Step 1. Download your transaction list

Visit your online banking website to download a transaction list for your bank account. We recommend you choose the QIF file format.
Please ask your bank if you need help with downloading your transaction file.

Step 2. Import your transactions into Cash Manager Focus

In the Actuals - Needs Action screen

  1. Click the file upload button
  2. Select bank transaction file

The following screen will prompt you to:

  • Select the bank account the transaction list relates to, then,
  • Browse your device for the saved QIF file

After you import the transaction file, your transactions will be added to the Actuals - Needs Action screen, ready to code.
