- CSV stands for Comma-Separated Values. This file type stores data in plain text. The information is separated by comma's.
This is the only option for importing supplier invoices into Cash Manager Focus.
- QIF stands for Quicken Interchange Format which is a standardised format.
You should always choose QIF as your first option when importing bank transactions. Different banks provide CSV files that are in various layouts so you should only choose CSV files when QIF files are not available.
NOTE: If you have multiple date format options to chose from, Please select the NZ date format of: Day/Month/Year this will usually be displayed as DD/MM/YYYY
