Overview of the Invoice Scanner
The Invoice Scanner uses artificial intelligence to convert information from your invoices and populates them directly into Farm Focus ready for you to code. A PDF electronic copy of the invoice will sit in Farm Focus to refer back to later.
All you need to do is forward the email with the invoice attached from your inbox to your unique invoice scanner email address.
This feature is perfect for:

The invoice scanner:

helps create a paperless work environment, and
have a PDF copy of the invoice in Farm Focus for future reference.
Connect to the Invoice Scanner.
Go to Settings > Connectors >Connect invoice scanner.
On the next screen, click on the blue Connect invoice scanner button. A confirmation email will be sent to your email inbox detailing your unique email address and other useful information.
The Invoice Scanner button will now have an Active status and you can click on the button to see your unique email address.
