When you are completing your End of Financial Year reporting you might want to add an invoice date to a Transaction that has already been coded and completed, to ensure that the transaction is allocated to the correct financial year. This will be for any transactions that do not have a corresponding invoice.
There is a simple process to do this:
Go into your Actuals Screen and click on the Completed tab. Select the Transactions view for the lines.
Locate the transaction you require and select the three menu dots to the right of the transaction line, select the Add Invoice Date option.
You will be prompted to add the relevant invoice date which will be saved with that Transaction for accurate financial reporting, click to Apply.
