Farm Focus uses TeamViewer to be able to provide remote support. This allows our support team to view what you are viewing on your computer screen, and to be able to talk you through anything you are having issues with, and show you the functionality of Farm Focus.
Follow this process to install TeamViewer for your computer:
For Windows users:
Click to go to this link: https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/
Click on the Download Button:
Select the Windows option (or MacOs)
Select the option TeamViewer QuickSupport and Download.
Once it has downloaded, double click on the icon to start TeamViewer Quick Support.
You will need to click 'Open'.
You will need to accept the terms and conditions.
You will be given an ID and password which our team will ask for when they want to initiate a connection with you.
