What are bank feeds?

Bank feeds are a secure connection to your bank that allows transactions to arrive into your Cash Manager Focus farm business automatically.

Currently, ANZ, ASB, Rabobank and Westpac customers with Cash Manager Focus can sign-up for the complimentary bank feeds service.

Set up a bank feed

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click on Bank accounts.
  3. Select an existing account or, if the bank account hasn't been set up yet, have a look at How to set up a bank account.
  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Download bank feed form button.  The form will be saved to your Downloads folder.

Once you have completed the form(s), send it to the CRS Software team to begin the authorisation process.

If you bank with ANZ

Scan and email the form to bankfeeds@crssoftware.co.nz

If you bank with ASB, Rabobank or Westpac

These banks require the form in hard-copy so you'll need to post it to the CRS Software office.  Refer to the form for the FREEPOST number.

TIP:  If you need to reprint the form, click on the option to Download form again.

If you have recorded more than one bank account in your farm business, each account will require its own bank feed authority form.

What happens next?

Bank transactions will start to automatically arrive into your farm business within 10 working days.

You can check the progress of your authorisation form by going to Settings - Bank accounts.
