You can add a contact to: 

  • Bank transactions
  • Invoices 
  • Tax invoices
  • Credit notes

How to create a contact

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Contacts.
  3. Select Add new contact.

Enter the following information for each contact:

  • Contact name 
  • Email address
  • Phone number(s)
  • Postal address

Once you have created the contact, click Save.

NOTE: For tax invoices and credit notes, you’ll need to include the contact’s postal address.
