Updated over a month ago

It is super easy to upload paper documents into Document Storage straight from your smartphone or tablet. You can use a Apple (iphone or ipad) or Android device.

Remember document Storage is a handy spot to keep all your important farm business information in one place. This could include lease agreements, farm maps, animal health records, or bank statements. Think of it as your digital filing cabinet—perfect for storing all that paperwork without the clutter!

Scenario: I want to save my employees paper based First Aid Certificate in my Document Storage

  1. Using your smartphone or tablet.

  2. Log into Farm Focus.

  3. Open the Vault > Document Storage

  4. Choose where to save your item in your file structure. For example, I’ll save my employee's first aid certificate under Health and Safety

  5. Tap + Add New and select File Upload

  6. A pop-up appears—tap Take Photo.

  7. Your camera opens. Snap a photo of the document and press Use photo or Retake if the photo is not up to standard.

  8. The image is instantly uploaded to Document Storage, ready for you to access anytime.

It’s that simple! This keeps your farm documents safe, in one place, easily accessible by anyone with access to your database and helps establish a paperless work environment. You can keep adding to your document storage year after year.
